The INO Summit 2023 is a three-day joint conference, which brings the members of three well known associations under INO Networks Group together in 19, 20, 21 May 2023 at Centara Grand at CentralWorld in Bangkok, Thailand. The summit is held by participation of the members from Freight Midpoint International Forwarders Network (FM), Freight Forwarders Family Worldwide Agents Network (3F) and Overseas Project Cargo Association (OPCA). These three associations are independent and separate from one another, and have 98% different members.  Each association serves different expectations, needs and strategies of freight forwarders and logistics companies. They come together for this glorious summit to create a perfect synergy, potential and networking opportunities.

All team building activities are complimentary and arranged as optional program. Only those who have registered in advance will be allowed to participate in these activities. There are limited seats, so all activity participants need to pay attention being ready at the meeting point in a timely manner. Team building activities create the time to focus on the importance of teamwork and what is needed to make you a better team. Learning how to work together effectively will create efficiency and knowledge on how to manage each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Team building can help break down barriers in communication and also how to better utilize both verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. Team building events reinforce the value of having fun in the group and what significant results can actually be achieved when fun is involved. Members will strengthen existing ties and make new acquaintances.

PLAY FOR YOUR NETWORK A great competition and memorable activity are waiting for players. There will be three teams as FM BULLS, 3F PANTHERS and OPCA EAGLES. Each team will be formed by 7 players including a goalkeeper. Drawing will take place among three teams to determine the two teams who will play 1st match. Winner of the 1st match will have 2nd match with the 3rd team for Championship. While you are watching the game, enjoy complimentary drinks and have fun with your friends.

The participation is complimentary and one person per company is accepted as player. In advance registration is required for this glorious sportive activity before April 14, 2023. Minimum two teams and 12 players are required to arrange Football Tournament, so it is highly recommended to complete meeting registration and fix your schedule and keep network management informed at soonest to take your place among players.

You are invited to become a sponsor of this competition. Teams who have sponsors will have tailor-made team jersey with sponsor company name on it. One sponsor will be accepted per team and the sponsor will have a great exposure during games and summit.

KARTING RACE IS FULL NOW!

BE THE FASTEST AGENT! Drivers will race individually and represent their networks. Minimum 10 drivers are required to arrange Karting Race and maximum 30 drivers will be hosted. INO Summit is happy to provide complimentary participation for this exciting activity. In advance registration required and drivers must register before 14 April 2023.

Participants will be split into groups and each group will have maximum 10 drivers. Then, they will have 8 minutes warmup session. After warmup session, qualifying sessions will start for an 8 minutes. Top 10 qualifiers will be announced and will enter a 15 lap F1 STYLE (Grid Start) final. Podium presentation will be arranged and top 3 finishers receive a trophy. Winner will also receive a bottle of champagne! Please be informed that one delegate per company is accepted for each activity.

FIGHT FOR YOUR NETWORK! Paintball is a skirmish sport in which players compete to eliminate opponents by tagging them with capsules containing water soluble dye propelled from paintball guns. It is a team game that can be played indoor or outdoor in fields.

Different types of games are played with paintball including flag capturing, opponents’ elimination, ammunition limits, capturing the objects of interest concealed in the playing area and defending/attacking a specific point or area. Scenario can be decided by participants for INO Paintball Tournament upon creating teams properly.

Minimum 6 players per network are required to arrange paintball tournament. Players must register before 14 April 2023. INO Summit is proud to present this extreme sport activity as complimentary for players. Registrations are on first come, first served basis! Please be informed that one delegate per company is accepted for each activity.
